Lyon-Satolas
[LYS/LFLL]

Lyon–Saint Exupéry Airport, formerly known as Lyon Satolas Airport, is the international airport of Lyon.

The airport was inaugurated on 12 April 1975 and opened to passengers a week later. It was designed to replace the old Lyon–Bron Airport, which is now only used for general aviation. In 1994 the LGV Rhône-Alpes high-speed rail line brought TGV service to the airport, providing direct trains to Paris and Marseille.

The airport was originally named Lyon Satolas Airport, but in 2000 the airport and train station were renamed in honour of Lyonnais aviation pioneer and writer Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, on the centenary of his birth.

Paris-Le Bourget
[LBG/LFPB]

Paris–Le Bourget Airport is an airport located within portions of the communes of Le Bourget, Bonneuil-en-France, Dugny and Gonesse, 11 km north-northeast of Paris, France. Once Paris's principal airport, it is now used only for general aviation, including business jet operations.
It also hosts air shows, most notably the Paris Air Show.

The airport started commercial operations in 1919 and was Paris's only airport until the construction of Orly Airport in 1932. Due to capacity constraints at Le Bourget, Air France transferred all of its operations to Orly in 1952. In 1977, Le Bourget was closed to international airline traffic and in 1980 to regional airline traffic, but continues serving both domestic and international business aviation.

Possible the registration ends with a "T". In this case it might F-BATT (very uncertain though).
On the fuselage I can see the following text:
"AIR- FRANCE AIR- Axxx"
I can't read the entire text, the ending is hard to read as a propellor blade is in front ...

Furthermore, an incident occured Feb 25 1959 during crew training over France. During 2-engine out training the aircraft entered a spin tearing #4 engine off. Fortunately it made a safe landing at LHR with 3 remaining engines.

Finally this aircraft (at the time renamed to Clipper Tradewind) crashed December 8 1963 after a lightning strike induced an explosion while in holding pattern for landing outside Philadelphia.

Paris-Orly
[ORY/LFPO]

Paris Orly Airport, commonly referred to as Orly, is an international airport located partially in Orly and partially in Villeneuve-le-Roi,
13 km south of Paris, France.

Prior to the opening of Charles de Gaulle Airport in March 1974, Orly was the main airport of Paris.
Even with the shift of most international traffic to Charles de Gaulle Airport, Orly remains the busiest French airport for domestic traffic and the second busiest French airport overall in passenger traffic.
